52 Days To Go!

What time should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive by 3:45 p.m. so we can begin the ceremony promptly at 4 p.m. Shuttle service will be available from two of our recommended hotels, and light refreshments will be waiting for you upon arrival.

Will there be transportation provided?

Yes, there will be shuttle service provided from the Hampton Inn & Suites and the Hyatt Place Poughkeepsie. Shuttle service times: TBA. If guests plan to use a ride-share app for transportation, we strongly encourage planning for ride-share pick-up in advance.

Is there parking on-site?

Yes, there is easy and ample parking on-site. If you are driving yourself, please stay to the right as you drive through the Nostrano entrance and follow signage for the Wedding event space. Parking will be directed by the venue.

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?

Your online RSVP will indicate whether we are able to accommodate your plus-one.

Is this a kid-friendly event?

While we love your little ones and our growing family, this event is for people 18 and over. We hope you can join and have a relaxing and romantic night celebrating with us.

What kind of food will be served?

Light bites and refreshments during cocktail hour, followed by full barbeque dinner buffet and dessert.

Will there be options for dietary restrictions (vegetarian, gluten-free, allergies)?

Of course! The vast majority of the food served will be naturally gluten and dairy free. There also will be vegetarian and vegan options for guests. Your RSVP will ask about personal dietary restrictions - please let us know if you have an allergy or intolerance!

What's the closest airport, and how far is the venue from major cities?

Closest airport is Stewart Int'l airport (31 mins). Albany Int'l airport is 1 hour and 30 minutes away, and NYC region airports are about a 2 hour drive.

What about hotels & transportation?

Please see Travel section of website and read above.

Will this be an unplugged ceremony?

Yes! We ask that guests refrain from using their cell phones for photos or other purposes during our short ceremony. However, we will be offering guests access to disposable cameras and digital camcorders, so we welcome guests to get creative in helping us capture our big-day through those mediums. Cell phone use is permitted after the ceremony!

Does the venue have wifi?

Yes! We will have wifi information posted at the welcome table. However, please note that normal cell-phone service in the valley of the vineyard can be spotty. The wifi should accommodate any guest needs, but we hope our guests will take the day as an opportunity to un-plug from our devices. We strongly encourage guests to plan for any ride-share transportation needs in advance.
